Required skills:
  • At least 2 years experience in SMM
  • Level of English proficiency – B2 (Upper-intermediate) and above
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of social media algorithms
  • Quick response to industry trends and changes
  • Ability to create highly engaging content
  • Ability to analyze the needs of the target audience and speak their language
  • Confident use of photo editors like Canva, Figma and any other mobile editors
  • Understanding and analyzing metrics to measure social media performance
  • Unmistakable spelling
  • Genuine interest in SMM and the desire to be at the center of every event
WILL BE ADVANTAGED:
  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics
  • Experience with memes
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Identify, track and implement SMM trends
  • Develop social media marketing strategies for the company
  • Creation of attractive content to grow the audience and increase brand loyalty
  • Management and promotion of the company’s social media accounts (FB, Instagram, Tik Tok, Linkedin, Twitter, YouTube, Reddit, Quora).
  • Setting up social media targeting
  • Creating visual images for posting and targeting
  • Analyze and improve the performance of social media campaigns
